Wear a Mask!
If you are inside our store or doing a curbside pickup of an item you have purchased from us, you must be wearing a mask over your nose and mouth. If you do not have one on you will be asked to leave. If you are not comfortable with this our store is not a good fit for you as a customer. We thank you for understanding and helping us to protect our dealers and their loved ones.
There are no returns on in-store purchases. You may however take an items out on approval. This means we will go ahead and charge your purchase to your card and allow you to take home items. If they are not returned within the agreed upon amount of time (usually 24 hours) then the charges will remain. If you decide you do not like the item, you must let us know and return it within 24 hours and we will reverse the charges.
We accept returns when initiated within 1 week of having received the item. Items must be mailed back or returned to our store within 2 weeks of having received the item. If you purchase an item through a sales channel other than our website (etsy, ebay, chairish, google, etc) their terms of service and return policies will override whatever you may see on this page.
In most cases your item will ship within a week of purchase. On rare occasions it may take 2 weeks for items to ship. Large items like furniture may take up to a month or longer to ship out due to the logistics of large item shipping. We are currently fairly new to selling online and shipping, so we appreciate your continuing patience with us as we work out any kinks in logistics.
We feel strongly about reusing shipping materials whenever possible. If the item you are ordering is a gift please be sure to let us know.
