The leather and inner foam on this chair is well-worn and could do with replacement. There are one or two small holes in the leather where the disintegrating foam comes out. There is moderate to significant sun-fading to the finish of the wood on this chair. Structurally it's in excellent condition, and has minimal surface scratches, nicks, and other wear. Overall this chair is an excellent candidate for restoration.
