The vinyl covers on have been glued down and the glue covered by duct tape. It seems that the duct tape is covering up the sticky glue residue and so I will allow the buyer to decide if they would like to remove it, as even at the highest setting on these stools it is unlikely that this will be visible from any angle. There are a few small white scuffs that I will likely be able to get off before they make their way into your home.
