The other seat may only need the wood trim holding the woven cane in place to be put back into place. The cushions look nice from a distance but have stains and will likely need to be replace (we're going to try laundering them and see what we can do though). We'll send them to you so that whoever makes you new ones can take them apart to make a pattern. These have had special custom boards cut exactly the shape of the seat in an attempt to protect the cane seats. However, they've moved part of the edging that holds the cane in place on one seat out of the way. If you're going to replace the cane and then use the boards, you should put some kind of spacers around the outside to help them sit a little bit above the trim that holds the caning in the seats. Otherwise there are a few small blemishes in the finish and joint that has the tiniest bit of unraveling, but the bamboo and wrapping is in overall very good shape.
