This bed may be a slightly non-standard size. If so you can make it a standard size by replacing the wooden side rails with a modern metal frame that will attach to the headboard and footboard. Please inquire for details and recommendations.

One of the side rails is missing a decorative piece, while the other is a bit loose. I've intentionally left it loose so that one can take it off easily and use it as a template to create a replacement piece. Some various minor scratching, discoloration, and some damage on the underside of one of the side rails. Good condition for a hundred and twenty year old bed. This bed is slightly shorter than a twin and slightly wider, so it could be modified to fit a twin mattress.
